"Loose" Release Date ~ Message from Management

Hi Everyone, i receieved an email from Nellys Management in order to clear up any rumours that have been circulating about the release date for "Loose" i have been told that the release date is scheduled for approximately March/April 2006. As soon as i get any more information regarding the release date ill let you all know.

Thats why I hate when people hype stuff up, gets you so excited and then you find out its fuckin half year down the road, that kinda BS is a real bubble burster! Pretty soon its going to be July or August and then some other fan will hype it up and create a thread saying January release when its really April! I understand it needs promo time but man I'm pissing my pants to hear it now, besides Nelly said she's finnishing it this week! The cd's are going to burnt somtime within the next few weeks anyways (my folklore CD propertys says it was made 1st October 2003, she finnished the recordings for Folklore 3 weeks prior and that CD came out 25th November ). I think this time-frame will be revised soon, no way its going to take till then.

To be honest i think the management have given this time frame to calm us down, i cant imaging it taking until April. But who knows. Im still assuming it will be out in January 2006.

it is very possible that they are choosing that time to release it because they don't want it to get lost in all the christmas albums that are sure to be released just before christmas. now for a lot of countries as far as many of the public is concerned there hasn't been an album since Whoa Nelly, now we know that isn't true but for example here in oz, Folklore was almost unheard of here and it was released in November. So to my thinking if it is released in the first quarter of 2006, which is when I thought it was being released anyway it has more of a chance of doing well and then it will be known by more people.

I agree with you Lyndz. Folklore is practically non-existant here. I'm hoping it'll be released quarter 2006 just for the recoginition hopes.
