That's just a random Polish magazine, which doesn't count as an official source. If she is in fact pregnant, she will announce it herself or her reps will do it officially, perhaps on her official site. The last official announcement was this:

Star magazine cites a source as saying the "Promiscuous" singer, 29, "is not very far along yet, so she’s trying to keep the pregnancy under wraps.”

But her rep tells Usmagazine.com Furtado is "not pregnant". Her rep tells Us the singer is still engaged to sound engineer Demacio "Demo" Castellon. Furtado has a daughter, Nevis, 4, with DJ and producer Jasper "Lil' Jaz" Gahunia.

So until an official report from her publicist comes out denying this, any other reports are going to be regarded as just rumours/gossip.

If she is pregnant and hasn't come out with the news, then that means she doesn't want people to know, and all this tabloid-type threads are an excellent example of why. So give it a rest.
