Here is a message from Nelly

Hello to all of my fans. I am so sorry I have not posted in a while. I have been so busy putting the final touches on my album. The official title of my album is “Loose”. There are 13 tracks. Selecting my favourite tracks to share with all of you was not an easy process, because I had forty tracks to choose from!!!!!!

Thankyou to all the talented producers and musicians I worked with!!! The first official single is called “Maneater”. I recorded this album mostly in Miami, but I did a lot in l.a., and toronto as well.

I am on the process of building a new website dedicated to “Loose”. Stay posted, as I will be running some contests real soon. Keep your ears tuned for the Timbaland Maneater remix featuring Lil’ Wayne.

The album will be released 23rd May 2006 20th June 2006, and the first single will be “Promiscuous Girl”.

Nelly Furtados video for her first single currently title “Maneater” will be shot in January 2006. It seems that “Promiscuous Girl” will NOT be the first single from her upcoming album “Loose”. Unless there has been a name change? The album is still scheduled for release March/April 2006. Lets hope Nelly reads this and send us a message from the studio soon!
